butterbean loves my yellow chair. when i lived in my old apartment she was not allowed on my green chair because i loved it so. so now she does not go on the green chair, but has made the yellow chair (with a pull-out twin bed, I KNOW!!!) her favorite place to lick and lay. i noticed the wear and tear on it the other day and i fear that it is too late to convince her that she is not allowed on yet...
she's back!
the tail is back in full force!!! yay!!!!!

butterbean has “cold tail”
i guess it is common in labs after they go swimming or are very active. apparently she casually went for a dip in the lake by my parents house and maybe over-exerted her wagging accessory. so what this means for butterbean is that she can’t wag her tail!!!!!
imagine being a dog and not being able to wag your tail!!!

brrrr its cold in here...it must be something in...
the rain brought the cold which has made butterbean frisky but also itchy. i try to let her out to play and all she wants to do is sit in the dirt and scratch and bite. i have given her olive oil, eggs, changed her diet but i think its just the change in weather and theres nothing i can really do about that…. sorry monkey.

where do i go when im gone
right now i am sitting in the back yard watching butterbean roam around sniffing the same places she sniffs every day. maybe the cold snap brought in new aromas…
heres a thought that i have been having for the last couple of years:
we collect all of our friends all the time. meet new friends, we keep old friends around, we have new animals that we fall in love with, and we meet new...
away we go!!!
can you have too many puppy kisses? i dont think so.
i attempted to clean one puppies teeth yesterday only to realize that the toothpaste was poultry flavored! now how is that going to improve the smell of his breath!?!
i am starting this blog to push myself.
to get better at the internet.
to give myself another hobby.
to start being able to write my thoughts down somewhere.
